The work force of Challenge Unlimited, Inc., and its affiliate companies, Alpha Industries and Residential Options, Inc., consists of nearly 1,000 people, about 450 of whom are employees. The remaining individuals are persons with disabilities who receive services from the company.  The Quality Control Inspector works on the Custodial contract located at Fort Leonard Wood.  This contract provides janitorial services to the office buildings located on Fort McCoy.  Job Duties: Maintain quality controls standards by completing regular inspections and QC reports, promptly correct any deficiencies and rectify any customer complaints. Provide follow-up training for workers where correction is needed.  Ensure that all workers are promptly trained on safety, sanitation and operation procedures.  Assist crew in completing contract required tasks as needed.   Work with Project Manager on daily operations and problem solving.  Also assisting in decision making when corrective and/or preventative action is needed in maintaining the performance of work.
